I forked AwesomeCV (a LaTeX template for writing one's resume or CV) and added a new \cvdevlang command that allows one to specify their experience with a specific programming language on a scale of five circles. See the Skills in my résumé for a better undestanding.

I also added some options to the hyperref package which make it show a faint gray line around links. However, this doesn't seem to work for all PDF readers so I may need to find another way to accomplish it.
